Swarm chat
The chat surface works like a direct message with the swarm leader. You type a request, and the leader replies. Behind that reply, the leader may have delegated tasks to members, gathered their results, and synthesized them into the answer you see. When a goal is still running, the chat shows a Working status with a count of active members. Once the goal finishes, the status changes to Done and lists the agents that contributed. You can expand the process box to see the full transcript of turns inside that goal. You can switch between a collapsed process view and a detailed transcript in the swarm settings. Public share links always show the detailed transcript.
