Connecting apps gives your agents access to real services such as Gmail, Slack, Notion, GitHub, and many more. You browse the catalog, connect your account, and choose which agents may use each integration.

Browse the catalog

Open Integrations from the sidebar. The page shows two tabs:
  • All — every integration in the catalog, grouped by category.
  • Enabled — only the integrations you have turned on for your workspace.
Use the search bar to find an app by name or describe what you want to do. You can also filter by category.

Connect an app

Connecting depends on the app’s authentication type:
1

Find the app

Browse or search the catalog, then click the integration card to open its details.
2

Turn it on

Flip the switch to enable the integration for your workspace. If the app requires a credential, the modal opens the Accounts tab automatically.
3

Authenticate

Click Connect and sign in with the provider (for example, Google for Gmail) in the popup window. The token is stored securely and never shown again.
Paste the key or token into the credential form. The value is sent securely and never stored in chat.
Some apps need no sign-in. The gateway credential is handled automatically when you turn the integration on.
4

Choose which agents can use it

On the Agents tab inside the modal, check the agents you want to grant access to. By default, enabling an integration for the workspace makes it available to all agents except Maya. Maya must be granted explicitly if you want her to use it.
5

Narrow the actions

On the Actions tab, pick which tools the agent may call. You can reset to the default set at any time.

Enable for Maya or a single agent

Instead of enabling an app for the whole workspace, you can attach it to one agent only:
  1. Open the agent and go to Configure > Integrations.
  2. Find the app in the catalog and turn it on.
  3. Connect your account if required.
  4. Adjust the allowed actions on the Actions tab.
An agent-level attachment overrides the workspace default for that agent.

Disconnect an app

To remove an integration:
  1. Open the integration card from the Enabled tab, or from the agent’s Integrations page.
  2. Flip the switch off.
  3. If you also want to revoke the stored credential, open the Accounts tab and click Disconnect or Remove account.
Disconnecting removes the stored credential. You can reconnect at any time, but you will need to sign in or paste the key again.
