Log in to Kolmena
Go to app.kolmena.ai and click Sign In / Sign Up. You can sign in with your email, SMS, wallet, or passkey. Kolmena uses Privy for secure authentication, so your credentials are never stored by Kolmena itself.

Take the welcome tour
After your first login, a welcome tour appears. Click Start tour to explore the four main areas:
- Maya: your personal AI guide who helps you create agents and organize your workspace.
- Chats: your conversation history, searchable and always available.
- Browse: your workspace, where agents, swarms, outputs, and activity logs live.
- Marketplace: discover agents and swarms built by the community, or list your own. You can skip the tour at any time and return later.

Answer the onboarding quiz
At the end of the tour, click Start building. Maya asks a few quick questions about what you want to accomplish and which tools you already use. You can type your own answers, search tools, or let Maya choose for you. This takes up to two minutes, and Maya then drafts a personalized plan with suggested agents, jobs, and workflows.

Review and add your plan
Maya presents a plan showing how many agents and jobs it recommends. Click Add flow on any workflow you want, or edit the plan first. Once you are happy, confirm to add the agents and jobs to your workspace.

Chat with Maya
Open the Maya chat and ask anything. Try prompts like “Build me a personal assistant that manages my schedule” or “Hire a dev companion for code reviews.” Maya creates the agent, configures it, and starts it for you.
