Kolmena is your AI agent platform where Maya is your personal assistant, you build custom agents and swarms, schedule jobs, add knowledge, and connect apps. This FAQ covers the most common questions about limits, security, billing, and how features work together.
You can have up to 25 open jobs across all your agents. Jobs are configured under Configure → Jobs for each agent and persist across agent versions. Only one run of a job happens at a time, and the shortest interval you can set is 15 minutes. If a job fails 5 times in a row, it automatically stops until you resume it. For details on creating jobs, see Create a Job.
Credentials are encrypted the moment you save them and are never shown again. This is by design for security. You can still revoke or replace a credential from Credentials at any time. When an agent needs a key, it requests it through an interaction and you can choose to use a saved key or provide a new one.
No. The “All agents” grant never includes Maya. If you want Maya to use a connected app or credential, you must grant it to her explicitly. Nothing is granted by default, so you always control exactly which agents can access what.
Jobs persist across all published versions of an agent. When you publish a new version, your scheduled jobs continue running with the updated agent configuration. You do not need to recreate them. Learn more in Versions and Publishing.
Agents build memories from conversations and tasks. When you delete an agent, you choose what happens to its memory: move it to your shared brain so other agents can use it, keep it in a private archive, or delete it entirely. For more, see Maya Memory and Core Concepts.
You can share marketplace listings with a direct link using the Share button on any listing page. For agents you have built, sharing controls are managed through your account settings. See Account Sharing for how to invite teammates or manage access.
Kolmena offers a free plan to explore with one agent and limited usage. Paid plans auto-renew monthly and unlock more agent seats and higher usage limits. Your balance is consumed as your agents run queries and tasks. If your balance runs out, you can top up to keep agents running. For plan details, pricing, and how to manage your subscription, visit Plans and Billing. You can also track consumption in Usage and Logs.
The marketplace is where you discover, install, and subscribe to agents and skills built by the community. Listings may offer one-time purchases or monthly subscriptions in USD, EUR, or GBP. You can filter by category, billing type, and free trial availability. Browse the Marketplace to find tools for your workflow.
Sometimes an agent pauses and asks you a question or needs a decision before it can continue. This is called an Interaction Request. You can answer or decline, and the agent resumes based on your response. Maya and your custom agents can both send these. Read more in Interaction Requests.
Yes. You can connect apps, set up browser automations, and add skills to extend what your agents can do. Credentials are managed securely and granted per agent. Start with Connect Apps, Browsers, and Skills.
The fastest way is to follow the Quickstart guide, which walks you through your first conversation with Maya, creating an agent, and scheduling your first job. You can also review Core Concepts to understand agents, swarms, jobs, and knowledge.
