Kolmena gives you two dedicated surfaces for understanding what your agents are doing and how much it costs: the Usage page for spend and activity breakdowns, and the Logs tab in Settings for detailed agent log streams.

Usage page

Open Usage from the main navigation to see a live dashboard of your LLM consumption. The data refreshes automatically in the background.

Scope tabs

At the top of the page, choose what you want to analyze:

Time ranges and metrics

Use the range picker to switch between 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, or all time. Toggle the metric between Spend (USD) and Tokens.

Summary cards

The top of the page shows four live cards:
  • Total Spent
  • Total Tokens
  • Total Requests
  • Average Daily Spend

Chart and table

A stacked chart visualizes usage over the selected window. Below it, a table lists every entity in the current scope. Click any row to open a details drawer with a per-model breakdown and recent runs.
The date range shown above the chart reflects the exact window the data covers. If you switch tabs while data is loading, the table dims until the new scope loads.

Logs

Agent logs are available under Settings > Logs. This is a live, filterable stream of everything your agents output.

Filter the stream

Use the toolbar to narrow down what you see:

Chart and table

A stacked bar chart at the top shows log volume by severity over the selected time window. The table below lists up to the latest 1,000 entries with a timestamp, severity indicator, and message. Click any inline context field (for example, key=value) to add it as a filter.

Live updates and actions

  • Toggle Live updates to stream new log entries in real time.
  • Click Refresh to force a manual reload.
  • Click Copy to copy all visible log lines to your clipboard.
The log list is capped at 1,000 rows per fetch. If you need older entries, adjust the time range or filters to narrow the window.
