Subscription tiers
Kolmena offers four plans. Each plan includes a set number of concurrent agent seats, and LLM usage is billed pay-as-you-go on every plan.| Plan | Monthly price | Agent seats | LLM usage | What’s included |

All plans let you create unlimited agents. Seats only limit how many agents can be running at the same time.
Manage your subscription
From the Billing settings page you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan.1
Change your plan
Click Change plan to open the plan picker. Select a new tier and complete checkout. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Cancel your subscription
Click Cancel plan. You keep full access until the end of your current period. No refund is issued for partial months. Your agents and data are not deleted, and you can re-subscribe at any time.

Manage payment method or view invoices
Click Manage in Stripe to open the Stripe Customer Portal in a new tab. There you can update your card, view invoices, and manage billing details.
LLM credits and top-ups
Your usage balance is a prepaid wallet that pays for LLM calls. Credits roll over month to month and remain valid for 12 months.Manual top-up

Open the top-up modal
In Billing settings, click Top Up next to your current balance.

Choose an amount
Select a preset (25, 100, or 10.

Confirm the charge
Click Top up to charge your saved payment method immediately. Your balance updates right away.
Auto top-up
Auto top-up refills your balance automatically so your agents do not stop mid-task.1
Enable auto top-up
Toggle Auto top-up on. If this is your first time, you will set the threshold, top-up amount, and monthly cap.

Configure the rules
- Trigger if below: the balance that triggers a refill (for example, $5).
- Top up by: the amount charged each time (minimum $10).
- Monthly cap: the most you will be charged in auto top-ups per billing window.

Save
Click Save. The cap resets on your subscription anchor date each month.
Marketplace subscriptions
If you rent agents from the Kolmena Marketplace, those recurring charges appear in a separate Marketplace Subscriptions table on the Billing page. They are billed independently from your platform subscription.Next steps
