# Share Chats and Dashboards on Kolmena

> Share agent and swarm chats via public links, manage dashboard access modes, invite viewers by email, and revoke access when needed.

Kolmena lets you share conversations and dashboards with others through public links and controlled access modes. You remain in control and can revoke access at any time.

## Share an agent or swarm chat

You can publish any one-on-one agent chat or swarm conversation to a read-only public link.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the conversation panel">
    While chatting with an agent or inside a swarm, open the details panel on the right side of the screen.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enable public sharing">
    Find the **Public Chat** toggle and switch it on. Kolmena generates a unique share token and URL instantly.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Copy the link">
    Click **Copy Link** to copy the public URL to your clipboard. Anyone with the link can view the conversation in read-only mode.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  Shared chats are static snapshots. Visitors cannot send messages or interact with your agents.
</Note>

### Revoke a chat share

To stop sharing, open the same details panel and toggle **Public Chat** off. The link becomes invalid immediately.

## Share a dashboard

Dashboards created by your agents can be shared with three access modes. Open a dashboard's **Manage Access** dialog from its card or detail view.

### Access modes

| Mode | Who can view |
| - | - |
| **Public** | Anyone with the link |
| **Private** | Only you |
| **Restricted** | People you explicitly invite |

<Steps>
  <Step title="Choose an access mode">
    Select **Public**, **Private**, or **Restricted**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Invite viewers (Restricted only)">
    Enter an email address and click **Grant access**. The invited person receives access once they sign in. You can also copy the invite link and send it yourself.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Approve or deny requests">
    If someone without access opens a Restricted dashboard link, they can request access. You will see pending requests in the same dialog and can **Approve** or **Deny** them.
  </Step>
</Steps>

### Manage dashboard members

In the **Manage Access** dialog, the **Who can access** list shows every viewer, including the owner, invited viewers, and pending signups. Click **Remove** next to any member to revoke their access.

### Dashboard access links

When a dashboard is set to Public or Restricted, visitors can open it through a direct access link in this format:

```text theme={null}
https://app.kolmena.ai/dashboard-access/<jobId>
```

If the dashboard is Private, visitors see an access-denied message and can request access only if the owner allows it.

<Tip>
  Marketplace copies of dashboards cannot be shared. The Manage Access option is hidden for those items.
