# Account Settings and Profile on Kolmena

> Manage your Kolmena profile, avatar, display name, and linked sign-in methods from the Settings page.

Your Kolmena account settings are where you control how you appear to others and how you sign in. Open **Settings** from the main navigation to reach the Profile, Billing, Maya, Secrets, Browsers, Memory, and Logs tabs.

## Profile

The Profile tab is the default landing page for Settings. It has two sections: Personal Information and Sign-In Methods.

### Personal Information

This section controls how you appear across Kolmena, including on marketplace listings.

    Click your profile picture and select **Change avatar**. Choose a JPG, PNG, GIF, or WEBP image up to 5 MB. To remove it, select **Remove avatar** from the same menu.

  <Step title="Edit your display name">
    Click **Edit** next to your name, type a new display name, and press **Save** or hit Enter. Press Escape to cancel.

### Sign-In Methods

Kolmena supports signing in with Email, Google, SMS, and Discord. You can link multiple methods so you always have a backup way to access your account.

    Find the method you want to add (for example, Google) and click **Link**. Follow the provider's prompt to connect the account.

  <Step title="Unlink a method">
    Click the connected account row, then confirm **Unlink**. You must keep at least one sign-in method active.

<Tip>
  Linking or unlinking an account may briefly refresh your session so Kolmena recognizes the change.
</Tip>

## Other Settings Tabs

| **Billing** | View your plan, top up LLM credits, manage subscriptions. See [Plans and Billing](/account/plans-and-billing). |
| **Maya** | Choose which models Maya uses and connect messaging channels like Telegram or Discord. |
| **Secrets** | Store API keys and credentials that your agents can use securely. |
| **Browsers** | Manage connected browser sessions for web-based agent tasks. |
| **Memory** | Control what Kolmena remembers about you and how memory is shared across agents. |
| **Logs** | Search and filter system logs. See [Usage and Logs](/account/usage-and-logs). |
